The wife and I have had a great deal of success on the slow-carb diet. A key component of this diet is one day a week, you take a day off and eat whatever you want, how much you want. Oh, the glory of the cheat day...

October 11, 2014
I was at my lowest ever on Friday at 159.4, but then oddly, I gained 2.2 pounds on Saturday. Maybe that's why I started off the day with a salad. This was followed by some popcorn, some fig newtons, and some Chips Ahoy cookies. After a workout and a protein shake, I had a bowl of berries with some crushed pineapple on top.
Lunch was Red, Hot & Blue BBQ. Started off with half an onion loaf and then pulled pork, ribs, chicken, beans and cole slaw. It was yummy.
Later that night more cookies and a bowl of ice cream.
Weight gain: Only 2.4 pounds, but then again, the previous day had a gain of 2.2. Regardless, my weight appears to be the lowest ever on a day after a cheat day.
