The morning began with some chips and cookies. After a workout, it was a protein shake and some "dirt" that Beth made. Here's what dirt is: chocolate pudding, crushed up Oreos, cream cheese, artificial sweetener, and store-brand Cool-Whip. Yeah, it was pretty good.
Lunch was at Longhorn Steakhouse (coupon plus gift card!). Started off with spinach and artichoke dip (yes, that makes me think it is healthy), followed by a grilled watermelon salad (again, healthy, but also good). Entree was a steak with broccoli and half of a baked potato (Beth and I do this often on cheat day - mixing up our sides so it's not as heavy).
Later that night, I found some "Sassy and Tart" valentine candies in the cabinet. They were soft and awesome. I also had some Nutter Butters (again, healthy!(?)) followed by more dirt.
Weight gain: Five pounds even. I'm sure this was an increase in muscle mass.
