I believe I had some chips in the morning and a few other things, but I know I had some pie. It was five dollars for a blueberry custard pie from the grocery store. There wasn't many blueberries, so I added a bunch of other frozen mixed berries.
Protein shake after a workout.
For lunch, we went to Bonefish. Started with the Bang Bang shrimp. The entree was the fish & chips.
Later on, finished that pie (yes, I ate three-quarters of a pie in one day). Even with all this, not a huge
Weight gain: only 2.8 pounds.
