Tried things a bit different this time. Started off by finishing off the Nuclear Cauliflower Curry Slurry and then two grapefruits and an orange. I saw this in a magazine for Hardee's (or Roy Rogers) - vanilla ice cream in the middle of a Pop-Tart. Yeah, it's that good. I also had a Reese's Peanut Butter cup and a Hershey's Cookies 'N Cream fun size bar. I worked out, but didn't have a fruit smoothie. Instead, I just mixed some protein powder in with some almond milk, and then I had a couple of Beth's almost-slow carb compliant chocolate chip cookies.

Trying things a bit different - we went to Ruby Tuesday. I had two big plates of salad before a pretzel burger and fries. I had a bit of broccoli salad and Waldorf salad (not slow carb) from the bar.

A few hours after lunch, I finished off a few Doritos and had a few small candy bars. Then it was an almost-slow carb compliant blondie with some vanilla ice cream.

Weight gain: 3.8 pounds. Not great; not bad.
