The wife and I have had a great deal of success on the slow-carb diet. A key component of this diet is one day a week, you take a day off and eat whatever you want, how much you want. Oh, the glory of the cheat day...

So I started with some Cheerios since I've had a craving for cereal. This was followed by some candy corn mixed with peanuts (like a Payday candy bar) and some Valentine hearts (both after holiday sale). This was followed by a cupcake.
Later it was grapefruit. We went to Famous Dave's (thanks Scott!) and got their Feast for Two - ribs, pulled pork, chicken, beans, cole slaw, and fries.
Dessert that night - cupcake.
Weight gain: Only 2.4 pounds...BUT...I ate waaaay too much Fiesta the day before. This means that I gained two pounds from Saturday to Sunday as it was. Better luck next week, eh?
