This seemed to work before, so I figured that I would try it again. I started off with something healthy - my uber-healthy nuclear cauliflower curry slurry. This was followed by a bowl of two grapefruits, an orange and a lime. Then I finished off those red velvet cookies and ate some low-glycemic peanut butter & chocolate chip cookies. A few hours after we got home, I had another grapefruit and orange. Then I had some of Beth's lowglycemic pecan pie and a big bowl of ice cream. Now, this was a lot of food, but the
Weight Gain: was only 2.2 pounds. I think there is something going on with the grapefruit.
