Started off with some corn dogs that Beth bought a while ago (I found these in the basement freezer). This was followed by some (really awesome!!!!) cookies.
For lunch, I was in the mood for Mexican, so we went to Don Pablo's. After chips and salsa, I had the "Cinco" combination, which had three enchiladas, a taco, and something else with chicken.
Later that night, I finished off Beth's pecan pie (way too huge of a slice) and some ice cream.
Later, I tried absinthe for the first time while watching MacGruber. Now that's a night.
Weight gain: 5.5 pounds.
