That thing in the upper left hand corner is the leftovers from my mother-in-law's sandwich. It tasted better than it looked. After that, something way better - Doritos and awesome cookies! Then, before a workout, some candy bars; after the workout, pie (Beth made a butterscotch AND a pecan pie) along with ice cream.
For lunch, we took Ms. Strait to Five Guys. I got a burger and fries.
Dessert? More cookies!
Weight gain: 4.0 pounds.
