Today was breakfast buffet - started with an omelet, bacon (lots of bacon), sausage and hashbrowns. I've come to avoid grits even though I like them okay. Followed this with french toast, more bacon, fried chicken and some pineapple. Then it was more bacon, some 'shrooms, and watermelon. Dessert was colossal donuts.
Surely I snacked on other stuff throughout the day, but I know I ended it with a big bowl of ice cream.
Weight gain: 4.2 pounds.
