The wife and I have had a great deal of success on the slow-carb diet. A key component of this diet is one day a week, you take a day off and eat whatever you want, how much you want. Oh, the glory of the cheat day...

March 2, 2014
This is the week that I (hopefully) press through the plateau. So started off with some of my amazing Nuclear Cauliflower Curry Slurry. Followed this with a couple of grapefruit and some pineapple. Because I hadn't had one for a long time, this was followed with Pop-Tarts and some candy bars.
We had lunch at Bonefish. Started off with Bang Bang shrimp and then some bread with olive oil (Beth and I split two loaves of this throughout the meal). I had shrimp & scallops with mixed vegetables and chickpeas.
After I got home, I had another grapefruit and some cookies. This was followed with the final cupcake (we're not buying a dozen of these again).
Weight gain: .2 pounds. That's POINT TWO!!! This means after a cheat day, my weight was 179, the lowest ever on a Monday. This could possibly be the push-through-the-plateau week!
