Started off with chips and guacamole. For morning dessert, had cream cheese brownie, German chocolate cake brownie, and macadamia nut cookie. I did work out, so this was followed by a smoothie (that gnarly looking thing in the upper left).
Went to Mandarin (Chinese buffet in town) for lunch. Started off with dumplings, chicken teriyaki, egg roll, beef roll, and vegetable tempura. This was followed by fried shrimp, chicken and broccoli, and various other types of chicken and shrimp. There was some seafood "stuff" here, too. That "stuff" was good, so this was followed by more of that stuff, a piece of sushi, some mushrooms, and some other chicken.
Some interesting vegetables followed, but some marinated hickama, some olives and also some fruit - watermelon, pineapple and peaches. Dessert number two ended Mandarin -- sesame ball, cotton candy ice cream (bright blue stuff), and vanilla ice cream.
Cap all this with dessert three later on: big apple strudel muffin from Costco and a macadamia nut cookie.
Weight gain: 5.0 pounds
