Started off with a mixture of Honey Nut and regular Cheerios, followed by a blueberry/lemon Costco muffin, a chocolate chip cookie, a small Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, and a Cadbury Screme Egg (the yolk inside is green!).
After working out, another smoothie (my smoothies typically consist of the same ingredients: kale, pineapple, half of a granny smith apple, maybe some celery, some mango if we have it, 30 grams of whey protein powder, some chia seeds, and some mixed berries).
We went to the Great American Buffet for lunch; we arrived during the breakfast/lunch switch-over, so I started off with a ham & cheese omelet, hash-browns, and lots of bacon. With lunch now out, I had some steak, two pieces of fried chicken, and some onion rings. And then some tacos. I'll be the first to admit that when you haven't eaten a taco in a long time, they are the greatest tasting things on earth when you bite into them. I followed with some pineapple and a bit of coconut cake. It wasn't much cake - if I hadn't already sniped some Shoppers Colossal donuts when I first arrived, I would have had more.
I was craving chocolate, so later at home I had a Hershey's bar, along with a Costco apple strudel muffin. More craving: some vanilla gelato.
Around bedtime, had a glass of Merlot.
Weight Gain: 6.0 pounds
