October 27, 2013


We still have those muffins, so I started off with a lemon/blueberry muffin and some Reese's peanut butter cups. I was about to work out, so I had some granola cookies that had protein. After workout, I had a protein shake (not the typical smoothie, but a purchased protein shake). 

Because we had a coupon that expires on November 1, we went back to Great American Buffet. Started off with three fried eggs, lots of bacon, and some hash-browns. Went back up for a bowl of pineapple, french toast, and fried chicken. Before eating two colossal donuts, I had some more pineapple and some watermelon.

Sometime after we got home, I had two Klondike bars. I later had some cashews and a couple more peanut butter cups. In between doing some chores upstairs, I had some mini-workouts, so this was followed by an actual smoothie and a Zero bar (not zero because it doesn't have any calories, by the way, because it does). 

Weight gain: 1.8 pounds (this makes no sense)
